  • Eligibility for Refunds
    • Subscription-Based Digital Services: Refunds on subscriptions (such as SaaS applications) are available within 30 days of purchase. Refunds requested after this period are generally not issued unless significant technical issues impact usability, and LoQal.AI is unable to resolve them. Annual subscription refunds, if approved, are prorated based on usage.
    • One-Time Digital Purchases: Digital items, such as AI content or branding materials, are generally non-refundable once delivered. Refunds are considered only if there is a substantial discrepancy between the advertised and delivered product due to LoQal.AI’s error.
    • Physical Products and Hardware: Returns of physical items, such as POS hardware, are accepted within 45 days of delivery if the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Refunds for physical products are governed by this policy and the warranty or return terms provided by the product manufacturer. Depending on the product’s condition, usability, and manufacturer’s guidelines, refunds may be fully, partially, or not issued.
  • Payment Gateway Integrations and Charges

    LoQal.AI provides secure, integrated payment options through various payment gateways, UPI platforms, and transactional resources to facilitate the processing of subscription fees, product purchases, and other payments. Clients may also use their own licensed payment gateways within LoQal.AI’s subscription-based tools and applications.

    Refunds or credits do not cover:

    • Transaction fees, processing costs, or currency conversion charges incurred through third-party payment services.
    • Usage fees related to UPI platforms, SMS charges, or API costs.
    • Third-party subscription fees for external services integrated within LoQal.AI applications
  • Refund policies for payments processed via third-party gateways adhere to the terms of those providers, and any applicable refunds are governed by those respective policies. Clients are encouraged to review the policies of any third-party gateway or transactional resource they choose to integrate.


  • Security, Usability, and Service Standards

    • Processing Time: Approved refunds are typically processed within 10-15 business days.
